A Weekend in Toccoa

Friday
Leave work at 5pm
Meet Robbie in Thomson for dinner at Ming Wah China Buffet (YUM!)
Drive two more hours to Toccoa (with Robbie leading the way because it's dark and scary! AH!)
Get stopped at a check point
Check for insurance and license (Good, I have mine)
Hear Robbie's license plate number over the walkie-talkie (OH NO! Will we ever make it to Toccoa?)
Robbie finds his insurance and gets to keep driving
Arrive to the school and watch The Greatest Game Ever Played (which is obviously GOLF!)
Go to my home away from home (the empty room in the TFC girls' dorm)
Sleep

Saturday
Wake up at 9:30
Get ready for a day with my handsome Fiance'
Find a coke machine that has Diet Coke
Coke Zero will have to do
Sit at the Falls and enjoy God's beautiful creation while reflecting on one of our LAST long distance weekends!
Go to Belk's
Find wedding earrings (for 60% off!)
Explore downtown Toccoa
Find military museum, explore there too
Go to Video Warehouse, rent movies
Sit around in the lobby at Forrest Dorm
Get hungry
Go to Subway
End up talking in the car for a while
Decide we don't even want Subway
We want Zaxby's
Split a large #1
Watch Bedtime Stories
Hungry for dessert, go to Sonic
Order Jr. Banana Split, girl can't make small amounts of ice cream, gives us regular banana split for $1 each (YAY!)
Start watching Shrek 4 on Robbie's laptop at Sonic
Realize the car has died and headlights were on
Walk to WalMart
Buy new battery
Walk back to Sonic
Lights are off, Sonic is closed
In the dark, Robbie installs new battery with the help of the nice man from the nearby gas station
Make it back to the dorms just before curfew (Hooray!)
Go back to my room
Get some sleep

Sunday
Wake up
Hear a strange noise
What is that noise?
It sounds like a rock on my window
Check to see what's outside
Nothing there
Hear noise again
Check again
It's Robbie!
He left his phone in my car (which was locked)
Romantic way to get my attention! :)
Drive to McDonald's
Eat breakfast
Go to church
Talk about church
Go to lunch at B.J.'s
Go back to the school
Finish watching Shrek 4
Cry a little...ok, a lot
Say our goodbyes for one of the last times! (Only 11 weeks until graduation!!!)
