Tonight...

Home-made Strawberry Whipped Cream

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

3 spoonfuls of sugar

2 drops of vanilla extract 

2 drops of peppermint extract

1/2 cup strawberries (mashed with a fork)

Whip heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and peppermint extract.
Stir in mashed strawberries.
YUM!
