- loves to hide in cabinets, then pop out and say "boo!"
- gives kisses!
- says "men!" at the end of dinner time prayer (amen!)
- still takes 2 naps a day, but starting to only want one
- lives to go outside, and understands the word. when we ask if he wants to go outside he says "side?!" and runs to the front door
- also recognizes the word "bath" and runs to the bathroom door as soon as we mention it
- loves his "monk-monk"! he calls all stuffed animals monk-monk right now
- hides things so he can ask "go?" (where did it go?)
- loves to drink from a straw and a big boy cup
- when he sees something new or exciting he points and goes "ooooooh!"
- likes to climb stairs and chairs
Benjamin Boy, I can't believe how grown up you seem sometimes! You understand a lot more than you can say, and you are always so sweet and cheerful. I love to watch you play with your toys - sometimes gentle, other times NOT so gentle. You love to give kisses to Mama as Dada, and you love to smile at people when we are out. You say "hi!" to strangers in the library and then get bashful and hide your face in my shoulder - smiling the whole time! We love you so very much and are so glad that WE get to be your parents!!
