Parisian Macarons!

Today, me and Melissa decided to make French macarons! I have been obsessed with them lately, but since they're about $1.50 each, I can't afford to be obsessed with the store-bought ones.

We used this recipe by Martha Stewart, and used this chocolate ganache recipe for the filling...YUM!

(They're supposed to be smooth, but they tasted yummy! Defintely amazing for a first attempt)

After our macarons were done, we picked up some Mexican food, and brought it back to her dorm to watch 500 Days of Summer. Hooray for lovely best friend dates!
